First of all, we would like to take this opportunity to thank to Mr. Cheah Kim Sui (Representative from Mega Energy) for introducing Corium 86C, “Safety Plus Industrial Cleaner Concentrate” to us, which is save a lot of money and time consuming on cleaning our injection moulding machine for “6S” implementation in our factory.
Before using this corium 86C, previously we are using CRC – spray type degreaser (Oil base), which give us headache, bad smell, not cost effective and very time consuming (See attachment I). But after the introduction of the Corium 86C, we are very impressed with the result. Dust, oil, and grease can be remove easily. Altought our Injection moulding machine almost 8 years, but now it’s just like new. (See attachment)
In term of cost saving, we can dilute Corium 86C with water according to desire ratio.
Example 1:1, 1:2, 1:5, depend on how oil and grease attached at the machine.
