What Happened?
Each production line of Emperador Brandy consists of 1 rotating machine with 25 suction tubes. Each of these suction tubes is built with 3 springs. The maintenance challenge is that the springs are always immersed in alcohol and subject to a high degree of corrosion and rusting, thus losing their expected elastic strength for transporting the brandy bottles to the designated positions.

After trying and failing with a number of products, Mr. Bobby Ayade, the Factory Chief Engineer contacted Mr. John K.
